Building on the success of the Flow saddle, we have added a new model to our saddle line up.  In the new Mo' Flow seat, we have retained the features that make this line so great.  The narrow rear sitting area, the smooth side shape and the excellent cover materials, all of these things helped make the Flow saddle great.  For the Mo' Flow, we have all of these features plus - an 8mm thicker front saddle height, a cut-down nose area for less crotch pressure and a new 65 series durometer foam.  The new Mo' Flow comes with Titanium seat rails for lighter weight, white stitching and other new graphics.  For riders that spend a lot of time on the aero bars, this will be a great choice to improve their riding comfort.

This is an area that is dear to the hearts of all cyclist. There have been hundreds of seat designs over the last hundred plus years. Blackwell employees spent have hundreds of hours positioning athletes and listening to their needs. We’ve even used a TechScan unit measuring the pressures over the entire seat area. We analyzed feed back from racers of all ages and abilities, and have come up with a proven performer for rider comfort when using aero bars. Made extra narrow in the rear, it flies in the face of convention that this will be comfortable. The Blackwell Research staff found wide seats force the rider forward on aero bars, putting pressure on the hamstrings, leading to lower back soreness and soft tissue area soreness. This seat works. Blackwell Research was contacted by an independent thinking enterpriser, Steve Toll. Our abilities to bring a new product to market are well documented and he asked for our help. The legendary designer, John Cobb went to work on Steve’s saddle idea, modifying it while applying some of our proven seat modifications. The result was the Adamo, Latin for "pleasure." Offering almost total relief from Perineal nerve pressure, this new design seat puts the rider in an aggressive forward position. You have to ride to believe the lack of crotch pressure, after you ride it you will feel the relief.
